Kyle Fortman is an accomplished healthcare leader and clinician with over two decades of experience in clinical practice, advanced practice management, and healthcare administration. He currently serves as the Director of the Marcus Heart Valve Center and the Director of Physician Operations at Piedmont Heart Institute in Atlanta. Kyle’s extensive background integrates hands-on clinical expertise with strategic leadership and business acumen.
Kyle has held roles in managing and advancing advanced practice provider teams, shaping cardiology programs, and driving operational efficiencies. His leadership has been pivotal in growing programs, enhancing quality outcomes, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Kyle has been a faculty member, lecturer, and annual reviewer for the American Academy of Physician Associates. He holds leadership positions within the American College of Cardiology, locally and nationally, and has been a regular faculty lecturer at the annual scientific session.
Kyle received his Physician Assistant degree from Cook County Hospital/Malcolm X College, a Master of Physician Assistant Sciences from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois. He remains active in his community as a member of the 21st Century Leaders in Georgia and as an Advisory Board member of Golf for the Kids.
