Jim Delaney, PA-C, served as president of the PA Foundation Board of Trustees for the 2022-23 term. He is a PA at Direct Orthopedic Care (DOC) in Plano, TX, and has been in practice for 40 years. He was previously employed at SPORTS Orthopedic Surgery and Urgent Care in Dallas, TX; University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center; and Kaiser Permanente of Southern California.
Jim has served on the AAPA Board of Directors in multiple elected offices, including president and board chair, and as vice speaker of the AAPA House of Delegates. He also previously served as president of the California Academy of PAs and on the legislative committee of the Texas Academy of PAs. He served on the PA Foundation Program Committee from 2002-2006.
