Corri Wolf is a practicing PA and registered dietitian specializing in gastroenterology. She holds the position of associate professor within the Department of Physician Assistant Studies at New York Institute of Technology. Throughout her career, Corri has assumed various roles within the department, including director of didactic education, assistant chair, interim chair, and, most recently, assistant dean within the School of Health Professions.

Beyond her academic commitments, Corri actively engages in workforce development and program planning initiatives aimed at supporting individuals who are underemployed or unemployed, with a particular focus on those with disabilities and veterans seeking to pursue healthcare careers.

Corri was born and raised in New York City. She earned her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of the Cumberlands, her M.S. degree in Clinical Nutrition from Hunter College, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Bachelor of Science in Health Science (with a physician assistant certificate) from Syracuse University and Long Island University, respectively.

Outside of clinical practice and academia, Corri enjoys attending Broadway shows and museum exhibits and traveling with her family.
